ABOUT

 The Sports Performance Program (SPP) is designed to help you reach your individual sporting and lifestyle goals. Our personalised programs are tailored to your needs, based off of your initial performance testing and are designed to help you build strength, speed, endurance, and agility while reducing the risk of injury.  ​

All of your sessions are run by a highly experienced coach that aims to provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, so you can reach your personal best.

​

You will have 19 session times per week to chose from, so you can fit your training to suit your life. Check out our timetable via the button below.

Meet Beth

Head Coach and Creator of Barefoot Strength and Conditioning. 

 

My Passion for Sports Performance and Health dates back to my younger years where I was fortunate enough to grow up playing and competing in multiple sports from local up to state leagues. Sport has given me many things over the years, most importantly a sense of community and now, I get to share my love of sport by helping others achieve their ultimate sporting goals - no matter your level or ability.

Our Sports Performance program is all about bringing high performance training to anyone willing to work! Whether you play competitive sport or you're a weekend warrior wanting to perform at your best physical capacity, your experienced performance coach will tailor your program for you and your sport.

General Fitness  Everyday Athletes

You don't have to be and athlete to train like one. Our Everyday Athlete Program is designed to help you perform at your best physical capacity for everyday life. 

Online Coaching

Can't get to us Face to Face? No problem! You can still access quality programming no matter where you are. Anywhere, anytime.
