About the Coaches
Meet Beth,
Strength and Conditioning , AFL and Nutrition Coach. Beth has over a decade professional experience but sport has always played a huge part in her life, from playing footy as a child to studying Exercise Science in University.
Her passion for Strength & Conditioning developed naturally when her love of sport was hindered by an injury to her ACL. Frustrated by an industry offering a mostly one size fits all approach, she was motivated to dedicate her career to helping people reach their fitness potential in a way that suited them specifically.



SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
For the Competitive Athlete
Every Athlete is different which is why you’ll be provided with your own unique program based on your Individual Performance Goals and your Initial Performance Testing Results. Your progress will be continually tracked. We also provide Nutritional Guidance for optimal performance at the Athletes Request.

GENERAL FITNESS
For our Everyday Athletes.
Not a Sporting Athlete? No worries, we provide General Fitness Programs and Classes for those that are looking to feel better, move well and look good. We still use basic Strength and Conditioning principles to design our programs so expect to move some weight and create some sweat.

ONLINE COACHING
Both our Sports Performance and General Fitness Programs are available online via the TeamBuildr app.


The best decision I’ve made for my training, so valuable to have individualised programs and attention from the coaches to work on the areas that need improvement. I’m already feeling way more confident compared to where I started and each session feeds into the next to make me stronger and maximise my preseason.
